Andy Warhol and friends were interviewed by Paris Match in 1966. The interview followed the release of “Chelsea Girls”, a film by Warhol.

The New York Times, in its 1966 review of the film wrote, “At its best “The Chelsea Girls” is a travelogue of hell—a grotesque ménagerie of lost souls whimpering in a psychedelic moonscape of neon red and fluorescent blue.”
