As there are numerous articles which reference President-elect Donald J. Trump’s conservative position toward China, the editors of Hsquared Magazine would like a fuller understanding of the relationship between the nation states Russia, China and the United States.
Background: As our editors reviewed Google maps to determine the landscape of the countries, and the geography which separates the triad nations, we came upon images for which our news magazine feel clarification is warranted.
The editors of Hsquared Magazine considered asking the Russian embassy if the Russian government could offer comment concerning a structure built into a mountainside of a small Russian town.
Vladvivostok is a “major Pacific port city in Russia overlooking Golden Horn Bay near the borders with China and North Korea.” The town is also home to an aquarium, and has been enjoying a boom in heavy machinery construction of late.
We contemplated which U.S. agency to ask, and weren’t certain if there was an office or agency who might handle such things, but more importantly an agency who might provide an on the record reply in concern to a question.
We admit feeling a bit foolish for asking the question of ourselves in the first place, but a question is just a question, and an answer is just an answer.
As such, we would like to ask the NSA if they might possess information on the following images, and if so, if the agency might provide an on the record reply as to what might be manufactured in such a facility.
